I’m Lauren, seeker of individual and universal truths. I’m a fur mama fueled by unabashed wanderlust and feverish curiosity.
In its genesis, my passion for understanding complex systems drove me into studying the mysteries of the universe. I was drawn toward the vastness of the unknown and how life came to exist. Eventually I found myself gravitating towards the interconnection and patterns of natural and social systems.
After years of experimenting in various industries, I settled on a profession rooted in integrative concepts of sustainable design. As my interest in environmental and social consciousness expanded, so did my own quest for personal sustainability.
through self-study we discover the world.
I recognized that my personal sustainability struggle was with managing my energy levels and mindset. I battled internal conflict — listening to the noise in my head and ignoring my heart and gut instinct. I sought validation and direction from the outside-in, rather than trusting and leaning into my own truth. This translated into making trade-offs that compromised my happiness, well-being, and potential.
Living in alignment with my values became a priority. Through yoga and mindfulness, I cultivated a practice of wholeness.
By uncovering limiting beliefs and patterns of resistance, I shifted toward owning my power and taking action to manage my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The result was increased self-acceptance, trust, and ease.
