Sustainability in the purest form, means to meet today’s needs without compromising the needs of the future.
Integrating sustainability is about inviting interconnection, circularity, resilience, regeneration, and biophilia (“love of life”) into our daily lives so that we thrive harmoniously with ourselves, others, and our environment.
Join Lauren in this 2-part workshop as we dive into the foundations of sustainability and explore concepts such as interconnection, circularity, resilience, regeneration, and biophilia (“love of life”).
In Part 1 you’ll learn about the guiding principles of sustainability and how they apply to various elements of your life.
In Part 2 we will share practical tools and techniques for living more in harmony with nature by applying sustainability concepts to food, clothes, personal care products, home furnishings, relationships, and wellness practices.
All participants will receive a workbook and free guide on integrating holistic & sustainable practices into your life, work, relationships, and home.
This workshop is for anyone interested and eager to expand their horizon of sustainability to include history, philosophy, concepts, and applications. This workshop is for beginners, advocates, practitioners, teachers, seekers, and believers who want to enrich their practice and integrate sustainability into the multi-faceted human experience.
